James Clear emphasizes that meaningful change doesn\u2019t have to be big and drastic. In fact, small, consistent habits are far more sustainable over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This book offers practical strategies for building better systems, forming new habits and breaking old ones \u2013 one small step at a time Once the right framework is in place, achieving your goals becomes more manageable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3L5NGPy\">Boundaries<\/a><\/em> by Henry Cloud and John Townsend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many of us struggle with establishing healthy boundaries, especially with the people we love most. <em>Boundaries<\/em> provide clear, compassionate guidance on how to take responsibility for your own life while still treating others with respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Healthy boundaries lead to stronger relationships, better balance and greater emotional well-being \u2013 making this an excellent personal growth book to start the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4qHafZJ\">How to Win Friends and Influence People<\/a> <\/em>by Dale Carnegie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originally published during the Great Depression, this classic continues to resonate with readers today. It encourages readers to slow down, reflect deeply and examine what truly matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be ready to go deep &#8211; this is a book that challenges you to think intentionally about your life and reminds you that God created you with purpose and intention<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YAcsKD\"><em>My Total Money Makeover<\/em> <\/a>by Dave Ramsey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dave Ramsey has helped people get out of debt and build wealth for over 35 years. This book outlines the Seven Baby Steps (see this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OO25TrVo_dU\">video<\/a>), a straightforward plan designed to lead you out of debt and into financial peace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This book is grounded in solid financial principles and includes sample budgets so you can start improving your finances right away \u2013 making it one of the best money books to read at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Set Goals that Actually Stick (Using the SMART Method)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people avoid setting goals or resolutions because they\u2019re afraid of failing. Often, goals go unmet simply because they\u2019re too vague.
