I haven\u2019t read a rom com in awhile, and after several heavier WWII fiction reads, I\u2019m definitely ready for something lighter and faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Quick Thoughts on This Book Haul:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the start of 2026, I told myself I wouldn\u2019t buy any new books until I worked through the stack I already own\u2026 but that clearly didn\u2019t last long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be fair, I started the year light on fiction and wanted to add a few options \u2013 but it\u2019s honestly just hard to pass up cheap used books when you find them.
